We begin with a conversation—learning about your vision, goals, timeline, and budget. We’ll review your ideas, discuss feasibility, and determine if we’re the right fit. If we move forward, we’ll guide you through next steps including land evaluation, design, and pre-construction planning.

Pre-Construction Planning

Once aligned, we dive into details. We work with you (and your architect or designer, if applicable) to develop a preliminary scope of work, budget estimate, and early-stage timeline. For larger projects or custom homes, we may formalize this stage with a pre-construction agreement.

Budgeting & Contract

We use a cost-plus model to ensure transparency and flexibility. That means you see actual costs plus a clearly defined contractor fee—so there are no hidden markups or pricing games. Once the budget is refined and approved, we move into contract and scheduling.

Construction & Project Management

This is where the vision becomes reality. We manage everything—permits, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control—while keeping you in the loop through Buildertrend, our online portal. You’ll have 24/7 access to daily logs, schedules, selections, and invoices.

Final Walkthrough & Handover

As we near completion, we’ll walk the project with you to address any final details. Once everything meets our standards—and yours—we’ll hand over the keys. You’ll also receive a close-out package and information on warranties and ongoing support.
